About Us
Founded in 2017 by Rachel Kraft, Your Administrative Ally was born of a desire to leverage miscellaneous administrative, project management, team management, and other skills learned from years of stay at home parenting and volunteer roles. We see many underemployed and highly skilled women with barriers to the workforce and desire to provide them opportunities to dip their toes back in the career field, pick up a few extra hours to supplement other gig economy work, or have the flexibility required for full-time caregivers.
Our team is always looking for the win-win-win approach for all our clients and contractors. We tailor our services and offerings to fit the pain points of your business, always seeking to find the “just right” fit. We are often a bridge - both for our contractors and for our clients. We often partner with small businesses and solopreneurs at the early stages of growth and help transition them to more full-time support as their organization grows. We love the process of creating systems and processes that help our clients scale.
In 2022, owner Rachel Kraft, earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and can take on higher level project management projects in addition to the other types of executive assistance we offer.
